The Marriage Equality Act affords same-sex couples the same access as others to the “protections, responsibilities, rights, obligations and benefits of civil marriage.” Please join us on Wednesday, February 15 for a program specifically designed for same-sex couples contemplating marriage or co-habitation. We will explore the legal and financial rights and responsibilities relating to marriage, including:

- The ins and outs of prenuptial agreements.
- The differences between marital property and separate property.
- How is your insurance affected?
- What should you do to structure your insurance more efficiently?
