Founder Frank Rey originally opened his Sleepy Hollow, New York office in 1978 to serve bilingual clients in the local community. Today, Frank, along with daughters Laura and Linda, have extended company boundaries beyond Westchester NY to include surrounding counties, Connecticut and New Jersey.
